Fry onions in a pan add chicken until it softens, add tomato puree and add salt, red chilli powder, chilli flakes, black pepper, tomato ketchup and add capsicum chopped.
- White sauce:
Heat butter in a pan, add flour make a paste then add 1 cup milk dissolve it and add salt, white pepper, chilli flakes, chicken powder, garlic powder and cheese and cook until thickens and add remaining 1 cup of milk.
- Layering:
Spread macroni all over the pan, pour white sauce on it then chicken curry spread cheese all over it add capsicum, chilli flakes and Oregano and repeat it in 2nd layer. Bake in the oven or preheated pan on stove.
