  3. 1 tsp Oregano
  4. 1 tsp paprika powder
  5. 4 tomatoes
  6. Few coriander leaves
  7. 1 cup shredded Mozzarella cheese
  8. 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  9. 1 small capsicum
  10. 1 small carrot
  11. 2 spring onion
  12. 1 tsp black pepper powder
  13. 4 tsp oil
  14. 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
  15. to taste Salt
  16. White sauce
  17. 2 Tsp flour
  18. 1 cup milk
  19. 1 tsp chicken powder
  20. 1 tsp white pepper
  21. 2 tsp butter

Steps to make to make Lasagna

  1. Make Qeema : In oil add ginger garlic paste add Qeema then add black pepper, paprika powder, salt,Oregano & tomatoes..
  2. Tip : blend tomatoes to give smooth texture to your qeema.
  3. Cook it on medium flame for 10 min the3cover it & again cook on slow flame for 1o min & cook on high flame to evaporate access water of tomatoes.. keep it aside
  4. In the meantime in big pot boil water, in boiling water add Lasagna sheets add 1 tsp oil & 1 tsp salt cook for 8 min..
  5. Tip : don't over boil Lasagne strips.. drain it in strainer.. Tip: wash it with cold water under running tap to avoid sticking of strips..
  6. White sauce: In pan add butter then add flour & cook for 2 mins white pepper, chicken powder & milk cook get required consistency of white sauce..
  7. In Oven proof dish 1st layer of Lasagna strips 2 and layer cover it with qeema sauce sprinkle small quantity of shredded cheese then again layer of Lasagna strips cover it with white sauce repeat it..in the end cover it with shredded cheese sprinkle oregano add capsicum & bake at 180 °c for 20 min...
